How Escroc collects, uses, and protects your personal information.
We collect the information you give us directly — your name, email address, phone number, and government ID during KYC verification — along with transaction details, wallet addresses, and basic device/browser data collected automatically when you use Escroc.
Your information is used to process escrow transactions, verify your identity, prevent fraud, provide customer support, and comply with financial regulations. We never sell your personal data to third parties.
Sensitive data, including payment details and KYC documents, is encrypted both in transit and at rest. Card payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant gateways, and we never store full card numbers on our own servers.
We share information only with the payment gateways, banking partners, and compliance providers required to complete a transaction, or when required by law to prevent fraud or protect our users' rights and property.
We retain account and transaction records for as long as your account is active, and for a further period afterward as required by financial record-keeping regulations, after which the data is securely deleted.
You can review, update, or request deletion of your personal information at any time from your account settings, subject to the retention obligations described above. Contact support@escroc.com for any privacy request.
