You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Certain transaction limits and features require identity verification, and Escroc may request additional documentation at any time to comply with anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering obligations.
Escroc acts as a neutral third party holding funds until both the buyer and seller fulfill the terms they agreed to. We do not guarantee the quality, legality, or delivery of goods and services exchanged between users — our role is limited to holding and releasing funds per the escrow terms.
You may not use Escroc for illegal transactions, money laundering, fraud, or any activity prohibited by applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation, and to report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
Fees for deposits, withdrawals, escrow transactions, and currency exchange are displayed before you confirm any action. Exchange rates are updated periodically and may vary at the time of the transaction.
Escroc is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including losses caused by third-party payment providers or blockchain network delays outside our control.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Escroc after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
